We are in the 21st century—the era of the internet and technical progress. The younger generation no longer uses print media to find work; instead, they gather information about interesting vacancies and employers exclusively from the vast expanses of the internet.
Therefore, we would like to ask all candidates placed by our agency to:
1. Film a video report. The video can be very short—from 10 seconds to 1 minute.
You can film a video while outside with your friends, in the hotel, near the club, or performers can ask to have their performance recorded. In short, use your imagination!
When recording the video, we kindly ask you to mention:
a) The name of the country and city where you are on contract. A few words about the city itself—whether you like it and if the people are friendly.
b) The name of the establishment where you work. Your opinion of the director, the atmosphere in the team, and your general impressions of the work.
c) Your opinion on the work of the manager supervising you, mentioning their name.
d) Your opinion on cooperating with our agency, mentioning the name 7Stars Agency.
2. Take a photo.
You can take a selfie or a group photo. The photo can be taken anywhere: against the backdrop of landmarks, in a restaurant, or under the sign of the establishment where you work.
However, a mandatory condition is the presence of a sheet of paper in the photograph on which the name of the agency, 7Stars Agency, is clearly visible.
Not long ago, you embarked on your first contract yourself, and better than anyone, you remember your parents' worries, your own fears and apprehensions before the trip, the constant monitoring of contradictory job reviews, and the doubts about choosing the right employment agency.
Now, imagine if you had been provided with video and photo reviews from the start, showing girls who are currently on contract, who like the country, and who are satisfied with their working and living conditions.
You should understand that, of course, the positive reviews you leave will help candidates who are just considering the vacancies offered on our website to make a decision about working abroad with confidence and peace of mind.
