OBTAINING A WORK CONTRACT FROM THE EMPLOYER AND STAGES OF SIGNING?
After successfully passing the interview (approval of your candidacy by the employer), you send a package of necessary documents for drawing up a contract and opening a work visa to the manager who is supervising you.
Namely:
1. A color photo of the first spread of your foreign passport.
2. Document photos sized 5/5, 80% face, on a white background. You can take the photo yourself against a white wall. With minimum makeup, without earrings or jewelry on the neck. Hair behind the ears, and if there are bangs, they should be pinned up.
Then you wait for the work contract (from 1 to 4 days).
The direct employer always sends the work contract to the agency, and we, in turn, after receiving and checking the correctness of all entered data, forward it to you.
You must make a color copy of the contract. You are given 24 hours to sign the contract. The contract must be filled out with a blue pen. You send the completed and signed contract back to the manager who is supervising you.
You keep the original contract and present it at the airport upon request of the immigration service.
After you sign the work contract and send it to us, the processing of the work visa begins.
