Disciplined, willing to work and earn.
Interacting with guests at the establishment’s tables creates a comfortable, relaxed, and welcoming atmosphere where guests are willing to buy you drinks, which helps increase revenue.
The format of the work is mixed consumption; guests often invite girls to the table themselves, but their own initiative is also valued, as is the ability to approach first, easily start a conversation, and confidently offer their company.

The national currency of Austria is the Euro/EUR/€.
There are 2 payment systems to choose from.
SYSTEM 1
Rate: 60€ per day Mon-Thu and 70€ per day Fri, Sat (paid daily).
➕ You receive a percentage of all drinks your guest orders (paid daily). One small low-alcohol cocktail is your 3€ (5-7 minutes of conversation).
SYSTEM 2
Rate: 70€ per day Mon-Thu and 80€ per day Fri, Sat (paid daily).
➕ You receive a percentage of all drinks your guest orders (paid daily). One small low-alcohol cocktail is your 2€ (5-7 minutes of conversation).
General terms and conditions:
For 26 cocktails – yours +10€
For 36 cocktails – yours +20€
For 46 cocktails – yours +30€
If you order 60 cocktails, your bet is immediately 100€ + the bonuses listed above for the number of cocktails.
Piccolo 0.2L – yours 10€ (10-15 minutes of conversation).
Martini, Baileys, Sekt, Grüne Vodka (16%), and other drinks are yours for 20€ (35€, 40€, 45€, etc.)

Moët Piccolo 0.2L is yours for 20€
Moët 0.375L is yours for 30€
Moët 0.75L is yours for 60€

Come to work dressed nicely.
Short dresses, skirts, shorts, blouses, and T-shirts are not allowed.
Heels (even small, comfortable ones) or platforms are required.
Jeans, athletic wear, and shoes are prohibited.
Well-groomed hair, hair styling, makeup, and manicure are required.
The bar is open six days a week.
Mon-Thu from 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
Fri-Sat from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.

The employer accommodates the girls in apartments with all amenities. Two to four girls share rooms.
A daily accommodation fee of 5€ is deducted from the salary (deducted on Saturdays).
Not included
The apartments have a kitchen where the girls can cook their own meals.
Work and residence are located in the same building, so commuting to work requires neither time nor expense.
Visa type: tourist.
Citizens of countries with a visa-free regime with Austria (e.g., Ukraine) can enter visa-free for up to 90 days within a 180-day period.
Citizens of other countries require a Schengen visa of any type, which must be obtained independently or through specialized agencies.
Please clarify all visa information with our agency manager who is responsible for your needs.
Girls travel to their employer at their own expense by ✈️ 🚂 🚌, under the strict coordination of our agency manager, who is supervising you.
Upon arrival in Austria, all girls travel to their employer by taxi or public transportation.
The main language of communication is German.
The establishment has many guests from Turkey, so Turkish is particularly in demand.
Even without German or Turkish, it’s possible to work – English is universal, while other languages (French, Italian, Czech, Bulgarian, etc.) are an advantage.
Most candidates start without language skills and learn them during their contract.
We recommend completing the basics after your application is approved and practicing on-site.
