Interacting with your customers at your table creates a comfortable, relaxed, and welcoming atmosphere that encourages them to offer you drinks, which helps increase your business’s revenue.
The work format is mixed consumption; guests often invite girls to their table, but initiative is also valued, as is the ability to approach first, easily start a conversation, and confidently offer your company.
Professional skills are not required – dancing is possible at an amateur level, in a format that suits you, with topless or nude options, depending on your preferences and personal boundaries.
The bar offers separate VIP rooms, called Privados in Spain.
These Privados are equipped with poles, and dancing takes place exclusively in a private setting, not in the main hall. This creates a comfortable, calm, and safe atmosphere for both the girls and the guests.

The national currency of Spain is the Euro/EUR/€.
The rate is 50€ per day (paid the next business day).

The time it takes to order drinks s not fixed and depends on the guest, so you choose the pace of the conversation based on the situation.

Dancing girls have a significant income advantage, as they can perform private dances at a VIP table, and the guest pays not only for the bottle of champagne, which is charged a commission, but also for the show performed personally for them.

The bar is open 6 days a week.
Mon–Thu 8:00 PM – 3:00 AM.
Fri–Sat 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM.
Hours may be extended if there is a large number of guests.
The number of shifts is determined by management based on the establishment’s workload and the number of staff members.
On days when you are not scheduled for a shift, you may visit with your own guests and earn income from consummation and private dances under standard terms.

Women who already live in Alicante and have their own place of residence are invited to collaborate.
By mutual agreement, we can assist in finding accommodation for a specific woman or two friends. In this case, a room or separate apartment is rented in advance, and you are responsible for paying for the accommodation yourself.
The housing search process may take some time.

All the girls get to work independently, using public transportation or taxis. They often team up and travel in the same direction, dropping each other off along the way.

Citizens of countries with a visa-free regime with Spain (e.g., Ukraine) can enter visa-free for stays of up to 90 days.
Citizens of other countries require a Schengen visa of any type, which can be obtained independently or through specialized agencies.
We offer assistance in obtaining a residence permit in Spain for women of any nationality for long-term stays.

Women travel to the employer at their own expense by ✈️ 🚂 🚌, under the strict coordination of our agency manager, who is supervising you.
Upon arrival in the city, women are met by a representative of the establishment.
Upon completion of the minimum contract term, you may take vacation.
The primary language of communication is Spanish.
Knowledge of any foreign language, even at a basic level, is an advantage.
Alicante is a vibrant tourist city, where, in addition to regular guests, there are always many tourists from all over the world.
Most candidates start without language skills and learn them once they are hired.
