K-ETA South Korea: How to Obtain an Entry Permit — A Complete Guide for Girls

- Independent Application
If the applicant has a foreign card and can independently pay the K-ETA visa fee, she can process it herself.
The applicant visits the website and fills out the form on her own.
There is nothing complicated about it—everything is available in Russian.

- Through an Agent
If the applicant does not want to fill out anything herself, she can contact an agent. The agent's services are paid for by the applicant. This is due to the fact that there are often situations where an applicant plans a flight, the agent processes and pays for the visa, and then plans might change after the payment has already been made. The agent fills out the form independently and pays for it using their own card.
The applicant needs to provide:
- • passport
- • photograph
- • a filled-out questionnaire
A code will be sent to her e-mail, which the applicant must then provide to the agent.
Cost of processing through an agent: 55,000 KRW.
- Partial Independent Application
If the applicant fills out the form herself but cannot pay for it, the following option is available. The applicant fills out the form on the website herself, saves it, and passes it to the agent, who then pays for the application.

How to apply for K-ETA
Visit the website: k-eta.go.kr
There you can log in as a registered user or without registration.
Next, you need to enter your e-mail address. A code will be sent to it, after which you will be able to log into the system.
Important: if the email ends in .ru, the code may not arrive. It is better to use .com or yandex.
Filling out the questionnaire
Employment must be specified, even if it was in the past. It is advisable to indicate a common and clear occupation.
You also need to provide:
- • the company's phone number
- • the manager's name
You can use the position of acquaintances or find a suitable vacancy and contacts online, including the manager's first and last name.
Contacts and Residential Address
A Korean phone number must be provided.
The residential address can be taken from the Booking website by selecting any hotel. It can always be changed later.
Purpose of the Trip
In the questionnaire, you must state that you are a tourist.
The estimated date of the trip should be realistic, for example, from March 1 to March 10, for approximately 10 days.
It is not recommended to specify too long a period, such as from March 1 to May 1.
Travel History
If the passport is new, you can indicate that you have visited other countries, for example, Egypt in 2025.
Sometimes new passports are viewed more skeptically if a person hasn't been anywhere, as it might look like the first trip is to an expensive country.
In this case, you can explain that the passport is new, which is why there are no stamps or visa stickers.
Photo and Passport
The photograph must be of good quality.
You also need to upload:
- • a passport scan
or
- • a photo of the passport (the system reads the data automatically).
After uploading, be sure to check all the data, as the system can sometimes confuse:
- • the number 0
- • the letter O
In such a case, the system may issue the permit, but at boarding, they may say there is an error in the visa. Therefore, be sure to check for typos.
Payment is only possible with a foreign card.
Russian cards are not accepted.
Important Point
If there were previous detentions or deportations, providing this information may lead to an automatic refusal.
