Interacting with guests at the establishment’s tables creates a comfortable, relaxed, and welcoming atmosphere where guests are willing to buy you drinks, which helps increase revenue.

A one-time deposit equal to 3 days of the fixed rate is required.
You must provide 2 weeks’ notice of your intention to leave.
If notice is not provided on time, the deposit is withheld.
Trial period — 3 days, during which a decision on further cooperation is made.
The national currency of Italy is the Euro/EUR/€.
Rate: 90€–120€ per day (confirmed after application approval and dependent on a number of factors).
Payment is made upon reaching the target of 100€ (equivalent to 5 consumptions).
Salary is paid according to one of two options of your choice:
- Option 1 — every 15 days (quindicina), from the 1st to the 15th and from the 16th to the 30th/31st.
- Option 2 — the base rate is paid in the first week, and the base rate plus bonuses in the second week.
If necessary, you can receive an advance payment at any time.
After completing the plan, a 10% bonus is activated.

- ✔️ 1 drink — 20€ = 20 min of socializing + 10%
- ✔️ 1 drink — 30€ = 20 min of socializing + 10%
- ✔️ When ordering bottles of champagne up to 1800€, depending on the cost + 10%
➕ The venue features VIP Restaurant La Tavola Di Ambrosia & Lounge Bar (musical dinners, DJ sets, late-night kitchen) — 10% of the total client’s bill.
➕ Nearby is the TUXEDO nightclub — during “serata” days (weekends) there is an opportunity to work there and receive 10% of bottle sales up to 1800€ in the VIP area. Cooperation with other VIP nightclubs is also available.
➕ Italy has its own ways to encourage guests to spend. Only with the girl’s consent can a guest invite her for: breakfast, dinner (cena), or a day off (serata).
Breakfast/Dinner: For every 20 minutes spent with a guest, you are credited with 1 consummation.
Serata: The guest buys a bottle of champagne, and you receive 10% based on its cost. The program is discussed in advance and can include trips to other cities, time in restaurants, discos, and lounges, or evening walks filled with Italian style and fashion.

The club caters to a high-status clientele, so the girls’ appearance must fully correspond to the VIP level.
Appearance here is not a recommendation, but rather part of the image and atmosphere of the establishment.
Come to work only well-dressed.
The basic wardrobe should be feminine: dresses, skirts, blouses, and T-shirts.
Heels (even small and comfortable ones) or platforms are required.
Well-groomed hair, hairdo, makeup, and manicure are mandatory.
The establishment is open 6 days a week.
Tue-Sun from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM.

Provided free of charge.
The employer accommodates the girls in several apartments with all amenities, depending on availability.
Upon completion of your work, your security deposit will be returned, provided all housing rules are followed and there is no damage to property or loss of keys.

The apartments have a kitchen where girls can cook for themselves.
Visa type – tourist.
For citizens of countries with a visa-free regime with Italy (e.g., Ukraine), entry is possible without a visa for up to 90 days.
For citizens of other countries, any type of Schengen visa is required, which must be obtained independently or through specialized agencies.
Please clarify all visa information with your assigned agency manager.
Girls travel to the employer at their own expense by ✈️ 🚂 🚎, under the close coordination of their assigned agency manager.
The primary language of communication is Italian.
At least knowledge of English is required.
Most candidates start without language skills and learn them once they’re on the job.
We recommend learning the basics after your application is approved and practicing on-site.
