Interacting with guests at the establishment’s tables creates a comfortable, relaxed, and welcoming atmosphere where guests are willing to buy you drinks, which helps increase revenue.

The national currency of Italy is the Euro/EUR/€.
Rate 80€ per day.
Salaries are paid every 15 days (quindicina), from the 1st to the 15th and from the 16th to the 30th/31st.
If necessary, you can receive an advance payment at any time.
➕ You earn a percentage of all drinks a guest orders for you.
✔️ 1 glass of drink = 1 consumption = 20 minutes of conversation with the guest.
After 96 glasses in 2 weeks, you earn +10€ for each additional one.
✔️ For each bottle of champagne, you earn 20% of its price.
For example: if a bottle costs €300, then 20% = €60, which equates to 6 consumptions.
The more expensive the bottle, the more you earn. Example bottle prices:

For each order from the menu (pizza, panini, sandwich), one consumption is awarded.
➕ For ordering a hookah (various flavors), you receive 2 consumptions.

Price €75 for 30 minutes, €150 for 1 hour.
➕ Italy has its own ways of making a guest fork out.
Only with the girl’s consent can a guest invite her to breakfast, chena, or serata.
Breakfast. For every 20 minutes spent in the guest’s company, you receive 1 consumption.
Dinner (chena). For every 20 minutes spent in the guest’s company, you receive 1 consumption.
This is exactly the case when being late for work pays off.
Weekend (serata). A guest buys a bottle of champagne—you receive a maximum of 10 consumptions.
The program is discussed in advance and may include a trip to another city, as well as time in restaurants, discos and lounge bars, and evening strolls through the city, where every street is filled with an atmosphere of Italian style and fashion.

Come to work as if it’s a holiday!
Only beautiful dresses, skirts above the knee, blouses, T-shirts.
Heels (10-15 cm) or platforms are mandatory.
Shorts, trousers, jeans, leggings, sportswear, and athletic shoes are prohibited.
Well-groomed hair, styling, makeup, manicure.
The bar is open six days a week.
Tue-Sun from 10:00 PM to 4:00 AM–5:00 AM.

Provided free of charge.
The employer accommodates the girls in apartments with all amenities.
Two to four girls share a room.
Not included.
The apartments have a kitchen where girls can cook for themselves.
The provided housing is within walking distance of the establishment. Girls get to work on their own.
Visa type – tourist.
For citizens of countries with a visa-free regime with Italy (e.g., Ukraine), entry is possible without a visa for up to 90 days.
For citizens of other countries, a Schengen visa of any type is required, which must be arranged independently or through specialized agencies.
Please clarify all visa information with your supervising agency manager.
Girls travel to the employer at their own expense via ✈️ 🚂 🚎, under the clear coordination of our agency manager.
The primary language of communication is Italian.
At least knowledge of English is required.
Most candidates start without language skills and learn them once they’re on the job.
We recommend learning the basics after your application is approved and practicing on-site.

The bar is popular with regular respectable guests and a wealthy audience, and is also frequently visited by tourists.
The bar is located in one of the most beautiful panoramic areas of Florence, on a hill above the city center. This is a touristy and quite prestigious location with a chic view of the entire city.
The historical center is about 5–10 minutes by car or 20–30 minutes on foot. The area is considered safe and very popular with tourists — there are many expensive restaurants and bars, as well as one of the best viewpoints in the city.

The city is famous for its unique architecture and ancient squares, famous cathedrals and historical sights, world-class museums, and art galleries.
