Interacting with guests at a table creates a comfortable, relaxed, and welcoming atmosphere where guests are willing to buy you drinks, which helps increase revenue.
The format is mixed consumption; guests often invite the girls to a table themselves, but initiative is also valued, as is the ability to approach first, easily initiate a conversation, and confidently offer your company.
In the main room, the girls perform topless (on average, 3-4 performances per evening, depending on the club’s occupancy), and for private dances, they perform full naked striptease.
The performers must bring their own stage costumes.

The salary starts from €70 per day.
The salary, including the salary and additional income, is paid weekly.

Only with the girl’s consent can a guest invite her outside the establishment. You discuss the program in advance; for example, you could go to a restaurant; Cypriots love to take them to various discos and lounge bars and have fun.
An additional cash bonus is awarded for time spent outside the establishment.

Come to work dressed smartly.
Mini dresses, skirts, shorts, blouses, and T-shirts are acceptable.
Heels (even small, comfortable ones) or platforms are required.
Jeans, athletic wear, and shoes are prohibited.

The establishment is open 6 days a week.
Tue-Sun from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
The employer accommodates the girls in apartments with all amenities.
Two girls share a room.
€50 per week is deducted from the salary for accommodation.

The apartments have a kitchen where women can cook for themselves.
The accommodation provided is within walking distance of the establishment.
The girls travel to work independently.
