Girls, my name is Kira — that is my stage name!

I have been working in the field of employing girls abroad for almost 9 years.
Now I am 34 years old, I am a former professional dancer, and I went on my first contract at the age of 19 to Switzerland for a dancer + hostess position for a period of 3 months on a work visa. I earned a neat sum of money and returned to Ukraine. I also worked in many other countries including Italy, Spain, Cyprus, Turkey, Jordan, Belgium, Greece, etc. In many of these countries, I worked on a tourist visa. My experience of working abroad is extensive, I know the entire system of work from the inside and not by hearsay. I have experience working with both large agencies and solo scouts.

Waking up one day, I had a dream to open my own employment agency! Without wasting a single minute, with burning eyes, I ran to my close friend who also worked in a similar field and told her my thoughts and idea. My friend caught the spark too. That very day, we started building the first agency in Ukraine for employing girls abroad with clean vacancies. And within a month, we launched the first website of this kind in Ukraine, writing out the information in detail.

Based on our acquired experience, we structured the agency's work in such a way that our candidates would not face the unpleasant nuances that we had gone through.

I want to express my point of view to the girls who are looking for work abroad and who have a natural question in their heads: how to safely go to work abroad on good terms, having received reliable information about the true requirements and conditions of the vacancy, and the main question—through whom?!

Let's start with the fact that those who offer work are already far more numerous than those who are looking for work abroad.

Almost every girl, after working for a few months abroad in the club industry successfully or unsuccessfully (for a number of reasons that I will break down in another topic), suddenly decides upon her return that she is quite experienced and can easily employ girls, finds the contacts of a couple more clubs abroad, creates a page on social networks, registers on forums, and starts looking for her victims. And it is precisely such people, let's call them solo scouts, that you need to watch out for.

What distinguishes an online scout from an agency?

  1. An invisible online scout works without any guarantees.
An agency has an office, is ready to meet with candidates in person, sends groups to work, provides video reviews of girls already working upon request, and much more.
  2. A solo scout can easily ditch you in a difficult situation or even without one; once they receive their fee for you, you might no longer be of interest to them—today their name on social networks is Anita, and tomorrow they will change pages and become Vera, and where to look for them is unknown.
An agency will not act this way under any circumstances, because first and foremost, it values its reputation! Throughout the entire period of your stay on contract, your personal agency manager responds promptly to all kinds of emerging questions and wishes from your side 24/7.
  3. The work of a miserable solo scout is built only on his own efforts! And we all know the saying well: "One man on the battlefield is not an army." An agency, on the other hand, will provide comprehensive assistance by having a large team of professionals with years of experience, consisting of an entire staff that includes consultant managers, document processing managers, as well as administrative service specialists (lawyers, translators, etc.), whose main goal is full support in matters of employment abroad.
An agency will provide the opportunity to quickly change employers in case of force majeure situations.
  4. Club owners treat only large agencies with respect and are immediately ready to settle any issue so as not to lose a strong partner first and foremost. That is exactly why I advise everyone who wants to work abroad to get employed only through agencies; this is how you can protect yourself.

You only live once, and no matter how much you want adventurism and adventure, your brain must be switched on at all times.

Good luck to you!
