My name is Lena. As a token of gratitude to the 7-Stars.Agency and at the request of the director Kira, I will tell you my story. Perhaps my article will help some of you make the right decision.
After graduating from university, I got a job as a paralegal, but there was no fixed salary, only percentages. I left because I needed a job with a normal salary to afford rented housing, food, and at least the essentials. I tried to find work in other organizations, but I couldn't find a position with a good salary there either. While monitoring job banks once again, I came across an offer for a club hostess position abroad. I decided to take a risk, and after overcoming my fear and the shame of not working in my specialty, I agreed to the trip. Moreover, I initially viewed this job as a temporary part-time gig; I understood that after completing the agreed terms with the agency, I could always return home and continue searching for work in my field. A monthly rate of $900 + % + bonuses + tips made me very happy. Therefore, I applied without delay. I processed the documents quickly and flew out for the contract in just 3 weeks.
My job involves greeting club guests, creating a friendly company, and maintaining a positive atmosphere in the establishment.
No experience is required to work as a hostess in a nightclub; the main requirements are an attractive appearance (model parameters are not necessary), friendliness, resourcefulness, common sense, and patience.
Currently, I have been working on contracts for 2 years. I managed to buy an apartment for myself, I help my family, and I am saving up for my own business. I travel and gain a lot of impressions from learning about new cultures. I have gained new experiences, made many interesting acquaintances, and found friends. I found myself. I am absolutely happy.
And you might ask me: is it shameful to work as a club hostess with a higher education? I will definitely answer — no!
As for the profession of a hostess itself, it is a good school and experience for any goal-oriented person.
If you are young and don't know where to start, try it. You can return to your specialty at any moment.
