Experience in Strip-/Pole-Dance or other stage formats is welcome but not required.
Age from 18 to 40 years.
Well-groomed appearance and a fit body without excess weight.

There are between 5 and 10 stage performances per night in a Full Strip Show format.
Each show consists of two songs — the first is performed in clothes, and during the second, full stripping occurs.

The national currency of Mexico is the Mexican Peso/MXN/$.
The rate is $150 per week with a $1000 plan performance, paid weekly).
Additionally, 3000 MXN (≈$190) is paid once a week — this is the cost of a club bracelet (similar to a gym membership bracelet), which provides access to the venue and confirms the right to work at the club.
Consists of accruals for the following items:
➕ You receive a percentage of the drinks your guest orders (paid daily).
The time spent ordering drinks is not fixed and depends on the guest, so you choose the pace of the conversation based on the situation.
Alcohol consumption is optional.
Most drinks are available non-alcoholic, with the exception of mini champagne (Piccolo).
Glass – yours $8.
Small bottle of champagne – yours $24.
Large bottle of champagne – yours $80.
➕ You receive a percentage of the dances (paid daily).
Table Dance – yours $15 (5 min.).
Private Dance – yours $72 (30 min.).
➕ Additional services for adults (paid daily for cash payments; weekly, Mondays or Tuesdays, for card payments).
Delicate kisses – yours $232 (30 min.).

Takeout – yours $520 (4 hours).

Groomed hair, styling, makeup, and manicure are mandatory.
Clothing must correspond to the venue’s format.
Performers must have their own costumes.
Professional Strip footwear is mandatory.
If you lack costumes, you must contact your manager — they will definitely suggest the best solution.
In the lounge, girls work in mesh outfits (mini-dresses, short skirts, shorts), themed costumes (nurse, princess, etc.), beautiful lingerie, and special Strip costumes.
It is important to maintain a variety of looks. On Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, a uniform lingerie color (red, white, or black) is allowed as set by the club manager.
The club operates 7 days a week from 10:30 to 5:00.
Girls work according to a shift schedule established by the club manager.
Work is organized in two shifts.
Day shift:
- from 10:30 to 19:30
Night shift:
- from 19:00 to 03:00
- from 20:00 to 04:00
- from 21:00 to 05:00
The duration of one shift is 8 working hours.
If desired, a girl can work two shifts.
Two days off per week are provided by prior arrangement with management, with the exception of Thu, Fri, Sat, and Sun.
Provided free of charge.
The employer accommodates the girls in several apartments with all amenities and assigns them based on availability.
2-3 girls live in each room.
Girls purchase their own bed linen and towels.
If you wish, you can rent separate housing on your own.
Not included.
All girls travel to the workplace on their own.
They often team up and take a taxi together, which is quite inexpensive.

Type of entry: Visa-free.
Processing: Not required.
Where can you enter: From any country in the world, not necessarily your country of citizenship.
Duration of stay: up to 180 days (usually the full authorized period is used).
If you exceed your authorized stay in Mexico, you must pay an immigration fine (overstay fine) upon departure.
The amount is determined by the immigration service and typically ranges from $30 to $100, regardless of the number of days exceeded.

To the employer, the girls travel at their own expense by ✈️ 🚂 🚌, under the clear coordination of our agency’s manager, who supervises you.
Upon arrival in the city, the girls are met by a representative of the establishment.
After completing the minimum contract period, you may take leave.
LANGUAGE KNOWLEDGE
Proficient in spoken English.
Lack of language skills is not a barrier to approval, but may make the job more challenging initially.
Other languages are an advantage.
+ A translator may be available.
The club is located on three floors, each with its own unique style:
- the first floor is decorated in red,
- the second floor is decorated in blue,
- the third floor houses the Sky Bar in an elegant white interior.
The club typically has between 40 and 60 girls working at any one time.
Cell phone use is prohibited during work. Phones are stored for the duration of the shift. The club has a fine system for violating internal rules.
⚠️ Important: exchanging phone numbers with guests and meeting them outside the club is prohibited, including for dinner, shopping, and traveling together.
An exception is possible only if a guest officially purchases a watch from the club; in this case, the girl’s time is also paid for, and escorts are allowed.
Unauthorized violation of established rules is considered a serious violation and will result in immediate dismissal without pay.
