Interacting with club guests at a table, you create a comfortable, relaxed, and welcoming atmosphere in which guests willingly treat you to drinks, which helps increase the establishment’s revenue.
From 1 month to 1 year.
Paid weekly.
There are 2 payment systems to choose from.
SYSTEM 1
➕ Rate $1,500-$2,100 per month.
Paid every Tuesday in $.
To calculate the daily rate, divide your established salary by the number of days in a month.
The rate depends on various factors (work experience, knowledge of foreign languages, etc.).
➕ % of the cost of all drinks (you don’t have to drink alcohol at all) that a club guest ordered for you.
Glass 100 TRY (30 min. of conversation).
Glass 200 TRY (1 hour of conversation).
Bottle of Moet champagne 2,000 TRY (1.50 min. of conversation).
Bottle of Dom Perignon champagne 5,000 TRY (2 hours of conversation).
% is paid the next day.

➕ Bonuses based on good weekly work.
For 35 glasses – your $50;
For 45 glasses – your $80;
For 55 glasses – your $100;
For 65 glasses – your $120.

50/50 with the club.
Consists of accruals for the following items:

Glass – 500 TRY (30 minutes of conversation).
Glass – 1000 TRY (1 hour of conversation).
Bottle of Moet champagne – 2000 TRY (1.50 minutes of conversation).
Bottle of Dom Perignon champagne – 5000 TRY (2 hours of conversation). Paid every Tuesday in $.
➕ 200 TRY when ordering a hookah. The percentage is paid the next day.
➕ Bonuses based on a good week’s work.
For 35 glasses – your $50;

From 22:00 to 06:00.
Days off are established by agreement of the parties.
Comfortable accommodations in a fully equipped hotel rented for the club’s staff.
Rooms accommodate 2-5 people.
Salaried girls are provided accommodation by their employer.
Girls working on a 50/50 basis pay their own hotel costs (500 TRY per day).
Two meals a day at the employer’s expense.
Dinner (at the club before the start of the work shift).
Early breakfast (at the club at the end of the work shift).
The staff is transported to and from work using club transport.
Visa type: Work.
A work visa gives you the right to legal work and a guarantee of employment.
Contract. A work contract is signed when applying for a work visa at the embassy for a period of 3 months, with the possibility of extension for up to 1 year in the employer’s country.
The employer withholds a weekly salary as a guarantee of working the minimum contract term; the withheld amount is returned at the end of the 3 months.
Residence Permit (RP). Issued for the entire contract period.
Health insurance. Issued for the entire contract period.
7-Stars.Agency fully assists with the preparation of all necessary documents for a work visa to Turkey.
Full or partial reimbursement of processing costs is available, if necessary.
You can obtain a work visa:
1. In your country of citizenship.
2. In the country where you have a residence permit.
3. In the country of your employer.
Visa type: Tourist.
Work options under this type of visa are discussed on an individual basis.
The cost of the flight is $50-$250, may vary depending on the current tariffs of the airline on the day of your departure.
It is possible to finance the flight by the employer.
At the airport, all candidates are met by a representative of the institution.
The terms are set by agreement of the parties. Students are provided with study leave.
Turkish is the primary language of communication at work.
Most of our candidates begin working abroad without knowledge of foreign languages and undergo training during their contract.
If you don’t speak the language, we recommend starting to learn basic vocabulary as soon as your candidacy is confirmed and practicing on-site.
