Girl-Hostess (Party-Girl)
Age from 21 to 45 years old.
Well-groomed appearance and a slim, fit physique.

Discipline, a desire to work, and the drive to earn.
The girl is hired to work as a bartender. Her duties include behind-the-bar operations: taking orders from guests, pouring drinks, heating and serving light snacks, maintaining the cleanliness of the bar counter and the bar area as a whole, as well as washing dishes.
Your goal is to create a comfortable, relaxed, and welcoming atmosphere where guests willingly treat you to drinks, helping to increase venue revenue.
From 2 weeks to 1 year.
The national currency of Spain is the Euro/EUR/€.
Base rate — 40€ per day (paid once every 2 weeks).
➕ You receive 50% from all drinks ordered for you by the guest (paid daily).
You don’t have to drink alcohol at all!
When shots are ordered, the girl stays behind the bar and accepts drinks at the counter.
When ordering drinks worth 30€ and above, depending on the guest’s wishes, the girl can continue socializing at the bar or go out into the main hall and sit with the guest by the bar, at a table, or on the couches in the billiard area.
Shot 10€ – your 5€ (consumed immediately).
Glass 20€ – your 10€ (around 10-20 min of socializing).
Glass 30€ – your 15€ (around 20-25 min of socializing).
Small bottle of champagne 50€-60€ – your 25€-30€ (around 20-30 min of socializing).
Bottle of champagne 100€-160€ – your 50€-80€ (around 20-45 min of socializing).
Bottle of Moët 350€ – your 175€ (around 1 hour of socializing).
There is no strict time limit per drink; you adjust the pace comfortably for yourself, guided by the guest and the situation.
➕ Only with the girl’s consent can a guest invite her to spend time outside the club.
The format is discussed in advance and can include dinner at a restaurant, an evening at a club, a mini-trip to another city, or any other options for a pleasant and interesting leisure time of your choice.
The guest pays the establishment a fixed amount of 100€, while the additional reward for her time is negotiated by the girl with the guest independently based on her comfortable price rate.

Come to work dressed beautifully.
Short dresses, skirts, shorts, blouses, and stylish tops.
Heels (even small and comfortable ones) or platforms are mandatory.
Trousers, jeans, sportswear, and athletic shoes are prohibited.
Well-groomed hair, styling, makeup, and manicure are required.
The bar operates 6 days a week.
Mon-Sat from 17:30 to 2:00.
With a high volume of guests, working hours may be extended upon request.

The employer accommodates the girls in apartments with all amenities. 1-2 girls per room.
The cost of accommodation is 250€ per month (payable in any way convenient for the girl).

The apartments have a kitchen where girls can cook for themselves.
All girls travel to the workplace independently using public transport.
Often, girls team up and order a shared taxi if they live in the same building, or if they reside in the same area, the taxi picks them up along the route from their addresses in both directions.
Upon request, the employer provides official employment under a contract.
Visa type – tourist.
For citizens of countries with a visa-free regime with Spain (e.g., Ukraine), entry is possible without a visa for up to 90 days.
For citizens of other countries, any type of Schengen visa is required, which must be obtained independently or through specialized agencies.
Assistance in obtaining a residence permit (VNJ) in Spain for girls of any citizenship for a long-term stay.
Please clarify all visa information with your assigned agency manager.
Girls travel to the employer at their own expense via ✈️ 🚂 🚌, under the close coordination of their assigned agency manager.
Upon arrival in the city, girls are met by a representative of the venue.
The main language of communication is Spanish.
Knowledge of any foreign language, even at a basic level, will be an advantage.
Most candidates start without language skills and pick them up during the contract.
We recommend learning a basic minimum once your application is approved and practicing on-site.
