Interacting with guests at the establishment’s tables creates a comfortable, relaxed, and welcoming atmosphere where guests are willing to buy you drinks, which helps increase revenue.
The work format is mixed consumption. Guests often invite the girls to their table, but initiative is also valued, as is the ability to approach first, easily initiate a conversation, and confidently offer your company.

The national currency of Spain is the Euro/EUR/€.
The rate is 50€ per day (paid the next business day).

Come to work dressed smartly.
Short dresses, skirts, shorts, blouses, and T-shirts are permitted.
Heels (even small and comfortable ones) or platforms are required.
Pants, jeans, sportswear, and shoes are prohibited.
Well-groomed hair, styling, makeup, and manicure are essential.
The bar is open 6 days a week.
Mon–Thu 8:00 PM – 3:00 AM.
Fri–Sat 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM.
Hours may be extended if there is a large number of guests.
The number of shifts is determined by management based on the establishment’s workload and the number of staff members.
On days when you are not scheduled for a shift, you may come in with your guests and earn income from consummation under standard terms.

The employer does not provide accommodation.
We invite women who already live in Alicante and have their own place to live to collaborate.
By mutual agreement, we can assist in finding accommodation for a specific woman or two friends. In this case, a room or separate apartment is rented in advance, and you are responsible for paying for the accommodation yourself.
The housing search process may take some time.

All women travel to work independently, using public transportation or taxis. They often team up and travel in the same direction, dropping each other off along the way.

Citizens of countries with a visa-free regime with Spain (e.g., Ukraine) can enter visa-free for stays of up to 90 days.
Citizens of other countries require a Schengen visa of any type, which can be obtained independently or through specialized agencies.

After completing the minimum contract term, you can take a vacation.
Once your minimum contract period has been completed, you can take leave.
The primary language of communication is Spanish.
Knowledge of any foreign language, even at a basic level, is an advantage.
Alicante is a vibrant tourist city, where, in addition to regular guests, there are always many tourists from all over the world.
Most candidates start without language skills and learn them once they are hired.
We recommend learning the basics after your application is approved and practicing on-site.
