Girl-Hostess (Party-Girl)

Well-groomed appearance and a slim body. Outgoing, cheerful, and positive.
Disciplined, willing to work and earn.
Interacting with guests at the establishment’s tables, you create a comfortable, relaxed, and welcoming atmosphere where guests are willing to buy you drinks, which helps increase revenue.
The format of the work is mixed consumption: guests often invite the girls to their table, but initiative is also valued, as is the ability to approach first, easily initiate a conversation, and confidently offer your company.

Austria’s national currency is the Euro/EUR/€.
Rates are 70€ per day Mon-Thu and 80€ per day Fri-Sat (paid daily).
➕ You receive a percentage of all drinks your guest orders (paid daily).
The time it takes to order drinks is not fixed and depends on the guest, so you choose the pace of conversation based on the situation.
A small glass costs 2€ (5-7 minutes of conversation).
A cocktail costs 4€ (10-12 minutes of conversation).
A 0.2L Piccolo (non-alcoholic champagne) costs 5€ (10-12 minutes of conversation).
A half bottle of champagne costs 15€ (20-30 minutes of conversation).
All full bottle options last an average of 40-60 minutes of conversation.

➕ If one girl bets and drinks two full bottles, she receives +10€.
➕ For 30 or more chips per shift, an additional +10€ is added to the main bet.
Each drink is worth a certain number of chips:

Come to work dressed nicely.
Short dresses, skirts, shorts, blouses, and T-shirts are not allowed.
Heels (even small, comfortable ones) or platforms are required.
Jeans, athletic wear, and shoes are prohibited.
Well-groomed hair, hair styling, makeup, and manicure are required.
The bar is open six days a week.
Tue–Sun from 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
If there are a large number of guests, opening hours may be extended until the last guest leaves.

The employer accommodates the girls in apartments with all amenities. Two or three girls share a room.
Accommodation costs amount to 40€ per week deducted from wages.

The apartments have a kitchen where women can cook for themselves.
The girls travel to work independently.
The apartment is approximately a 15-minute walk from the establishment.
Traveling on foot, by public transportation, or sharing a taxi is possible.
Visa type: tourist.
Citizens of countries with a visa-free regime with Austria (e.g., Ukraine) can enter visa-free for up to 90 days within a 180-day period.
Citizens of other countries require a Schengen visa of any type, which must be obtained independently or through specialized agencies.
Please clarify all visa information with our agency manager who is responsible for your needs.
The girls travel to their employer at their own expense, using ✈️ 🚂 🚌, under the strict coordination of our agency manager, who will supervise you.
Upon arrival in the city, the girls are met by a representative of the establishment, or their taxi expenses are reimbursed.
The main language of communication is German.
The establishment has many guests from Turkey, so Turkish is particularly in demand.
Even without German or Turkish, it’s possible to work – English is universal, while other languages (French, Italian, Czech, Bulgarian, etc.) are an advantage.
Most candidates start without language skills and learn them once they’re on the contract.
We recommend completing the basics after your application is approved and practicing on-site.
