Self-discipline, a desire to work, and a drive to earn.
Interacting with guests at the establishment’s tables creates a comfortable, relaxed, and welcoming atmosphere where guests are willing to buy you drinks, which helps increase revenue.
Work format — mixed consummation; guests often invite girls to their table themselves, but personal initiative is highly valued—the ability to approach first, start a conversation easily, and confidently offer your company.

The national currency of Austria is the Euro/EUR/€.
The rate is 70€ per day Mon-Thu and €80 per day Fri-Sat (paid daily)..

Small 20 ml glass (Martini, Grüne Vodka, Malibu, Klopfer, Gin, Baileys) — your 2€ (5 minutes of conversation).
Starting from 31, each additional glass is your 3€

Come to work dressed nicely.
Short dresses, skirts, shorts, blouses, and T-shirts are not allowed.
Heels (even small, comfortable ones) or platforms are required.
Jeans, athletic wear, and shoes are prohibited.
Well-groomed hair, hair styling, makeup, and manicure are required.
The bar operates 6 days a week.
Mon-Sat from 20:00 to 04:00.
Sun + additional day off upon request.
The employer provides the girls with apartments with all amenities.
Two or three girls share a room.
A 5€ per day accommodation fee is deducted from the salary.

The apartments have a kitchen where girls can cook for themselves.
Apartments are located in different parts of the city.
Some are within walking distance of the venue. From apartments located further away, girls commute by taxi (approximately 2–4€ per person).
Visa type: tourist.
Citizens of countries with a visa-free regime with Austria (e.g., Ukraine) can enter visa-free for up to 90 days within a 180-day period.
Citizens of other countries require a Schengen visa of any type, which must be obtained independently or through specialized agencies.

Girls travel to the employer at their own expense by ✈️ 🚂 🚎, under the close coordination of their assigned agency manager.
Upon arrival in the city, girls are met by a representative of the venue, or their taxi expenses are reimbursed.
The main language of communication is German.
The establishment has many guests from Turkey, so Turkish is particularly in demand.
Even without German or Turkish, it’s possible to work – English is universal, while other languages (French, Italian, Czech, Bulgarian, etc.) are an advantage.
Most candidates start without language skills and learn them during their contract.
We recommend completing the basics after your application is approved and practicing on-site.
