Girl-Hostess (Party-Girl)
Ages 18 to 40.
Well-groomed appearance and a slim body. Sociable, cheerful, and positive.
Disciplined, willing to work and earn.
Interacting with your customers at your table creates a comfortable, relaxed, and welcoming atmosphere that encourages them to offer you drinks, which helps increase revenue.
The work format is mixed consumption. Guests often invite the girls to their table, but initiative is also valued, as is the ability to approach first, easily initiate a conversation, and confidently offer your company.

The national currency of Spain is the Euro/EUR/€.
There are two payment systems to choose from.
SYSTEM 1
➕You receive 50% of all drinks your guest orders (paid daily).
You don’t have to drink any alcohol!
One glass costs €20 per guest.
The calculation system is based on the following principle:
1st glass — 100% yours (10-20 minutes of conversation).
2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th glasses — 50/50 with the bar.
7th glass — 100% yours.
8th, 9th, 10th, 11th glasses — 50/50 with the bar.
12th glass — 100% yours.
The system then repeats the same principle: every 5th glass is entirely yours, and the remaining four are split 50/50 with the bar.
13th, 14th, 15th, 16th glasses — 50/50 with the bar.
17th glass – 100% yours.
A small bottle of champagne worth €50 – €25 (20-30 minutes of conversation).
A bottle of champagne worth €100 – €60 (30 minutes of conversation both at the bar and at the VIP table).
A bottle of champagne worth €150 – €80 (1 hour of conversation both at the bar and at the VIP table).
SYSTEM 2
➕Bet €50 per day (paid daily).
➕You receive a percentage of all drinks your guest orders (paid daily).
1 glass – €5 (10-20 minutes of conversation).
A small bottle of champagne worth €50 – €25 (20-30 minutes of conversation).
A bottle of champagne costs €100 – your €40 (30 minutes of socializing both at the bar and at the VIP table).
A bottle of champagne costs €150 – your €60 (1 hour of socializing both at the bar and at the VIP table).
General terms and conditions for both payment systems
➕Only with the girl’s consent can a guest invite her to spend time outside the club.
In this case, he purchases a bottle of champagne for €300, of which €200 goes to the girl.
The format of the evening is discussed in advance and may include dinner at a restaurant, an evening at the club, a mini-trip to another city, or any other pleasant and interesting leisure options of your choice.

Come to work dressed nicely.
Short dresses, skirts, shorts, blouses, and T-shirts are permitted.
Heels (even small and comfortable ones) or platforms are required.
Pants, jeans, sportswear, and shoes are prohibited.
Well-groomed hair, styling, makeup, manicure.
The bar is open 6 days a week.
Mon-Sat from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
Sun
The employer provides girls with apartments with all amenities. Two or three girls share a room.
€40 per week is deducted from your salary for accommodation.
Not included.
The apartments have a kitchen where the girls can cook for themselves.
The girls travel to their place of work independently. The apartment is approximately a 20-25 minute walk from the establishment.
Walking, public transportation, or a shared taxi are also possible.
Visa type: tourist.
Citizens of countries with a visa-free regime with Spain (e.g., Ukraine) can enter visa-free for stays of up to 90 days.
Citizens of other countries require a Schengen visa of any type, which can be obtained independently or through specialized agencies.
We offer assistance in obtaining a residence permit in Spain for women of any nationality for long-term stays.
For all visa information, please contact our agency manager who will be assisting you.
Girls travel to their employer at their own expense by ✈️ 🚂 🚌, under the strict coordination of our agency manager, who supervises you.
Upon arrival in the city, girls are met by a representative of the agency, or taxi expenses are reimbursed.
The duration of the vacation is determined by mutual agreement.
Force majeure situations are also taken into account.
The primary language of communication is Spanish.
Knowledge of any foreign language, even at a basic level, is an advantage.
Most candidates start without language skills and learn them once they are hired.
We recommend completing the basics after your application is approved and practicing on-site.
