The national currency of Italy is the Euro/EUR/€.

Salaries are paid every 15 days (quindicina), from the 1st to the 15th and from the 16th to the 30th/31st.
If necessary, you can receive an advance payment at any time.

Two payment systems are available.

SYSTEM 1
➕ Rate: from €80-€90 per day and up (confirmed upon application approval and depends on various factors, such as language skills, work experience, etc.), calculated according to the establishment’s internal scale.
➕ You receive a percentage of all drinks a guest orders for you.
✔️ 1 glass of drink = 1 consumption = 20 minutes of conversation with the guest.
✔️ When ordering a bottle of champagne, depending on its price, you are immediately credited with 10 to 50 consumptions.
All bottles are consumed within about an hour.
A €200 bottle = 10 consumptions
€250 = 12
€300 = 14
€350 = 16
€600 = 25
€800 = 30
€1500 = 50
➕ The establishment has a kitchen.
For each order from the menu (pasta, ravioli, pizza, salmon sandwiches, fruit), you receive 1 consumption.
➕ Italy has its own ways of making a guest fork out.
Only with the girl’s consent can a guest invite her to breakfast, chena, or serata.
Breakfast. For every 20 minutes spent in the guest’s company, you receive 1 consumption.
Dinner (chena). For every 20 minutes spent in the guest’s company, you receive 1 consumption.
This is exactly the case when being late for work pays off.
A day off (serata). A guest buys a bottle of champagne, and depending on its price, you are credited with a certain number of consumptions.
A bottle for €250 = 12 consumptions
€300 = 14
The program is discussed in advance and may include a trip to another city, as well as time in restaurants, discos, and lounge bars, and evening strolls through the city, where every street is filled with the atmosphere of Italian style and fashion.

Come to work as if you’re going to a party!
Only elegant dresses, skirts above the knee, blouses, t-shirts.
Heels (10-15 cm) or platform shoes are mandatory.
Shorts, trousers, jeans, leggings, sportswear, and sports shoes are prohibited.
Well-groomed hair, styling, makeup, and manicure are mandatory.

The establishment is open 7 days a week, from 10:00 PM to 4:30-5:00 AM.

1 day a week by agreement with management, except Fri and Sat.

Provided free of charge.
The employer accommodates the girls in several apartments with all amenities, depending on availability.
Several one-bedroom apartments, each accommodating three girls, and one two-bedroom apartment for six girls.
The apartments include bed linens and towels, but they are not new—it’s best to bring your own.

Not included.
The apartments have a kitchen where girls can cook for themselves.

Visa type – tourist visa.
For citizens of countries with a visa-free regime with Italy (e.g., Ukraine), entry is possible without a visa for up to 90 days.
For citizens of other countries, a Schengen visa of any type is required, which must be obtained independently or through specialized agencies.

The girls travel to the employer at their own expense ✈️ 🚂 🚎, under the strict coordination of our agency manager, who supervises you.

The primary language of communication is Italian.
At least knowledge of English is required.

Most candidates start without language skills and learn them once they’re on the job.
We recommend learning the basics after your application is approved and practicing on-site.
