Interacting with guests at the establishment’s tables creates a comfortable, relaxed, and welcoming atmosphere where guests are willing to buy you drinks, which helps increase revenue.

The national currency of Italy is the Euro/EUR/€.
Base rate — from 70€-80€ per day and higher (confirmed upon application approval, depends on various factors such as language skills, work experience, etc.), calculated according to the venue’s internal scale.
Salary is paid every 15 days (quindicina), from the 1st to the 15th and from the 16th to the 30th/31st of the month.
If necessary, you can receive an advance payment at any time.
A security deposit of 170€ is withheld from the first payment and is returned upon completion of the contract, provided all conditions are met.
➕ You earn income from all drinks guests order for you.
✔️ 1 glass = 1 consummation = 20 min of socializing.
Consummations can include a glass of Prosecco or non-alcoholic drinks (water, juice, Coca-Cola).
✔️ When a bottle of champagne is ordered, you are credited with 6 or more consummations depending on the price.
All bottles are consumed over approximately one hour.
House bottle = 6 consummations
- Moët & Chandon, G.H. Mumm, Veuve Clicquot = 8
- Moët & Chandon Rosé = 12
…and so on based on price.
➕ Italian customs for additional income:
Breakfast, Dinner (Cena), Day off (Serata) are available only with the girl’s consent.
Every 20 minutes spent with a guest equals 1 consummation.
Programs are discussed in advance and can include trips to other cities, restaurants, discos, or evening walks.

The higher your results over two weeks, the higher the daily rate:
70€ rate = 120-135 consummations per 2 weeks
- 80€ = 150-165
- 90€ = 180-195
- 100€ = 210-225
- 110€ = 240-255
- 120€ = 270-285

Come to work looking festive!
Only beautiful dresses, skirts above the knee, blouses, and stylish tops.
Heels (10-15 cm) or platforms are mandatory.
Shorts, trousers, jeans, leggings, sportswear, and athletic shoes are prohibited.
Well-groomed hair, styling, makeup, and manicure are required.
Not included.
The apartments have a kitchen where girls can cook for themselves.
Visa type – tourist.
For citizens of countries with a visa-free regime with Italy (e.g., Ukraine), entry is possible without a visa for up to 90 days.
For citizens of other countries, any type of Schengen visa is required, to be obtained independently or via agencies.

Travel to the employer is at the girl’s expense (plane, train, bus), under the coordination of the agency manager.
Most candidates start without language skills and learn them once they’re on the job.
We recommend learning the basics after your application is approved and practicing on-site.

The work format excludes private rooms, striptease, and shows, operating exclusively on a consummation system.
The establishment does not provide a kitchen.
