The work format is mixed consummation: guests often invite girls to their table, but personal initiative is highly valued—the ability to approach first, easily start a conversation, and confidently offer your company.

Austria’s national currency is the Euro/EUR/€.
The rate is 60€ per day Mon-Thu and 70€ per day Fri-Sat (paid daily).

Small glass (Martini, Malibu, Baileys, Sekt) — your 2€ (6 min of socializing).
A glass of Prosecco (sparkling wine) costs €3 (10 minutes of conversation). After 11 glasses, you get a €10 bonus.
A cocktail costs €4 (12 minutes of conversation).
Piccolo 0.2L (various sparkling drinks) costs €8 (10-15 minutes of conversation). Order two bottles and you get a €10 bonus.
Whole bottle offerings last an average of 40-60 minutes of conversation. Order two bottles and you get a €10 bonus.

Come to work dressed beautifully.
Short dresses, skirts, shorts, blouses, and stylish tops.
Heels (even small and comfortable ones) or platforms are mandatory.
Jeans, sportswear, and athletic shoes are prohibited.
Well-groomed hair, styling, makeup, and manicure are required.
The establishment is open 7 days a week, Mon-Sun from 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
If there are a large number of guests, work may continue after 4:00 AM.

The employer accommodates the girls in apartments with all amenities. 2 girls per room.
A 10€ daily accommodation fee is deducted from the salary.

Apartments have a kitchen where girls can cook for themselves.
The apartments are located in different areas of the city.
Some apartments are within walking distance of the establishment. From apartments located further away, girls commute to work by taxi (approximately 2-4€ per person) or by bus, which runs every 20 minutes 24 hours a day.
Visa type – tourist.
For citizens of countries with a visa-free regime with Austria (e.g., Ukraine), entry is possible without a visa for up to 90 days within a 180-day period.
For citizens of other countries, any type of Schengen visa is required, which must be obtained independently or through specialized agencies.

Girls travel to the employer at their own expense via ✈️ 🚂 🚎, under the close coordination of their assigned agency manager.
Upon arrival in the city, girls are met by a representative of the venue, or taxi expenses are reimbursed.
The main language of communication is German.
The venue has many Turkish guests, so Turkish is particularly in demand.
Working without German or Turkish is possible—English is universal, and other languages (French, Italian, Czech, Bulgarian, etc.) are an advantage.
Most candidates start without language skills and learn them once they’re on the contract.
We recommend completing the basics after your application is approved and practicing on-site.
