Interacting with club guests at a table, where you create a comfortable, relaxed, and welcoming atmosphere in which guests willingly offer you drinks, thereby increasing the establishment’s revenue.
From 3 months to 1 year.
You receive your salary in USD ($).
The salary ranges from $1,700 to $1,900 per month.
Paid weekly.
The salary depends on various factors (work experience, foreign language skills, show program level, costumes, etc.).
The salary is not accrued on Sundays.
The daily rate is calculated by dividing the established salary by the number of workdays in the month, excluding Sundays.
Consists of accruals for the following items:
➕ A percentage of the cost of all drinks (you don’t have to drink alcohol at all) that a club guest ordered for you.
A glass costs 200 TRY (30 minutes of conversation).
A glass costs 400 TRY (1 hour of conversation).
The percentage is paid daily.

For 60 glasses – your $50
For 90 glasses – your $100
For 120 glasses – your $150
For 140 glasses – your $250
Bonuses are paid weekly.

From 22:00 to 06:00.
Weekends are set by agreement of the parties.
At the employer’s expense.
Comfortable accommodations in a hotel with all amenities, rented for the club’s staff.
The room accommodates 2-5 people.
Two meals a day at the expense of the employer.
Dinner (at the club before the start of the work shift).
Early breakfast (at the club at the end of the work shift).
Personnel are transported to and from work using club transport.
Visa type: Work.
A work visa gives you the right to legal work and a guarantee of employment.
Contract. A work contract is signed when applying for a work visa at the embassy for a period of 3 months, with the possibility of extension for up to 1 year in the employer’s country.
The employer withholds a weekly salary as a guarantee of working the minimum contract term; the withheld amount is returned at the end of the 3 months.
Residence Permit (RP). Issued for the entire contract period.
Health insurance. Issued for the entire contract period.

You can obtain a work visa:
1. In your country of citizenship.
2. In the country where you have a residence permit.

Work options under this type of visa are discussed on an individual basis.
The cost of air travel is 50$-250$, and may vary depending on the current airline fares on the day of your departure.
It is possible to finance air travel by the employer.
All candidates are met at the airport by a representative of the establishment.
The deadlines are established by agreement of the parties. Study leaves are provided for students.
Turkish is the primary language of communication at work.
Most of our candidates begin working abroad without knowledge of foreign languages and undergo training during their contract.
If you don’t speak the language, we recommend starting to learn basic vocabulary as soon as your candidacy is confirmed and practicing on-site.
