Well-groomed appearance and a slim body.
Sociable, cheerful, and positive.
Disciplined, willing to work and earn.
Maintain a fun and friendly atmosphere in the company of guests.
Socialize and sing along with them in karaoke.
Pour drinks and maintain conversation at the table.
Participate in games and entertainment activities.
Dance in a free format, supporting the mood of the evening.
The main task is to maximize the time spent socializing with the guest.

Two payment systems are available for you to choose from.
In South Korea, payment is not made for drinks, but for the time spent with the guest in the karaoke room (roomka).
SYSTEM 1
➕ Fixed salary of 2,500,000 KRW per month (paid monthly).
➕ Hourly rate of 10,000 KRW (paid weekly).
SYSTEM 2
➕ Hourly rate of 40,000 KRW (paid weekly).
If the hourly rate system (40,000 KRW) is chosen, switching to the fixed salary system is not possible.
However, switching from fixed salary to the hourly rate system is permitted.
On average, a working day lasts from 4 to 10 hours.
General conditions for both calculation systems
➕ Girls play games for money.
➕ According to tradition, if a girl scores 100 points while singing, she is immediately given $10.
➕ Bonus if the guest orders more items from the menu.
➕ Tips are usually starting from $10, but can be as much as $1,000; all tips are yours to keep entirely.

Come to work dressed nicely.
Short dresses, skirts, blouses, and T-shirts are recommended.
Heels (even small, comfortable ones) or platforms are required.
Well-groomed hair, styling, makeup, manicure.
The establishment is open 7 days a week.
Mon–Sun from 7:30 PM to 5:00 AM.
If there are a large number of guests, service can be extended after 5:00 AM.
2 days per month.
Additional days off are possible if needed.
Provided free of charge.
The employer houses the girls in apartments with all amenities. Two to four girls share a room.
Not included.
The apartments have a kitchen where women can cook for themselves.
The accommodations provided are within walking distance of the establishment.
The girls travel to work independently.
Entry into South Korea is possible through one of two options:
- K-ETA — an electronic travel authorization for citizens of countries with a visa-free regime.
Processed online. Processing time — 1–3 days. - Short-term visa C-3 — processed through the South Korean consulate for citizens of countries where K-ETA is unavailable.
